I’m Venezuelan. I started in finance in Caracas, grew with adidas in Panama and moved to Germany in 2018. Since then I’ve worked at adidas, Zalando and Jack Wolfskin, and today I lead Finance at a startup in Berlin. I know what it takes to build a career in another country and another language, and I learned that growth isn’t magic: it’s method and consistency. That’s what I share in every mentoring session.

What is a 1:1 session like?
It’s 50 minutes online, just you and me. We work on whatever you bring —your CV, an interview, a negotiation, your next promotion— with concrete tools from my experience at global companies.
Do you only work with people moving to Germany?
No. Many people come with Germany in mind, but I work with professionals in Europe, Latin America or the United States who want to grow in their careers, wherever they are.
Are the sessions in Spanish?
In Spanish or in English, whichever you prefer.
What happens after I book?
You book and pay for the session (50 minutes, €95) with Stripe. If you start a coaching programme with me within the following 14 days, the price of the session is deducted.
